What is considered a day?

A day is one where there is we are responsible for your pets overnight regardless if we stay over or not. Overnight hours are considered from 11 PM to 5 AM everyday, including holidays. If you end up getting back late from travel (past 11 PM), you are responsible for paying an additional day of care. Additionally, if another client has been booked following you, there is no guarantee that we will be able to stay the night unless if one of us is free to do so/not with another client.

Example: Julie books a stay with Mango from Friday to Sunday. She books me for Friday and Saturday night for $50 per night. All of Sunday's care is free until 11 pm; if Julie informs me that she needs me for an additional night, another $50 will be charged.

SINGLE DROP IN AND DOG WALK PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Prices are based off of the amount of animals in the home PER DROP IN PER DAY. Drop in includes price for a walk around the neighborhood/potty break. Drop in duration minimum is 60 minutes; walks cannot exceed 2 miles.

1 pet: $20 | 2 Pets: $30 | 3+ Pets: $35

Single drop ins don’t differentiate pet kind; this is more beneficial for those on a budget, most cats, and other kinds of pets not listed. This is for owners needing no more than 1 drop in a day; if more drop ins are needed, pricing goes by the table above.
